We are the most important union organization in central Mexico. We have more than 69,000 affiliated members across 170 companies located in the states of Guanajuato, Querétaro, Jalisco, and San Luis Potosí — Mexican companies as well as companies from 20 other countries, including the United States, Japan, Germany, Spain, France, and China.
At SITIMM we fully practice union autonomy, which gives the organization economic independence and freedom in its decision-making and actions in defense of its members. We are also an inclusive, plural, progressive, democratic, and nonpartisan organization that promotes the continuous betterment of our members and their families in partnership with public and private institutions that share our goals.
