We are the most important union organization in the center of the country. We have more than 69,000 affiliated members in 170 companies located in the states of Guanajuato, Querétaro, Jalisco, and San Luis Potosí, made up of Mexican companies as well as 20 other different nationalities, such as the United States, Japan, Germany, Spain, France, China, among others.

At SITIMM we fully practice union autonomy, which gives the organization economic independence and decision-making power in defending its members. In addition, we are an inclusive, plural, progressive, democratic, and non-partisan organization that promotes the continuous improvement of our members and their families in alliance with public and private institutions with shared objectives.

Promote the integration and unity of workers to offer them a satisfactory union service in accordance with their requirements; based on the defense of the rights established in the Federal Labor Law, the Collective Labor Agreement and in the SITIMM Programs.
