SITIMM Base Programs

This program focuses on guaranteeing the social rights of workers and their families through agreements with institutions such as IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. It seeks to strengthen social care and improve labor benefits such as insurance, daycare, and school scholarships. Additionally, it promotes the inclusion of women and youth in the workplace and demands greater efficiency from authorities in public safety to protect working families.

The objective of this program is to improve the economic conditions of members through salary increases, bonuses, profit sharing, and productivity bonuses. It also promotes agreements with businesses and institutions to offer discounts and additional benefits. SITIMM organizes the delivery of specific support, such as food packages, school supplies, and holiday gifts, ensuring that union dues are used efficiently through collective bargaining.

This program seeks to continuously train workers through the Labor Training Center (CEFORMA) and agreements with educational institutions. It promotes the formation of union leaders and offers diplomas and workshops focused on negotiation skills, human development, and international unionism. Additionally, it encourages the use of digital platforms for distance education and prepares workers for the challenges of the global market.

SITIMM organizes cultural, sports, and recreational events to promote coexistence among workers and their families. Through competitions such as the SITIMM and INDET Sports Games, it seeks to foster a culture of healthy living and combat physical and mental health problems. These activities also strengthen community bonds among members.

This program focuses on maintaining transparent and constant communication with members through newsletters, social networks, and assemblies. It ensures democratic electoral processes in the union, using both in-person voting and digital platforms to guarantee worker participation. Additionally, it seeks to promote continuous consultation so that union decisions reflect the needs of the worker base.
