Basic trade-unionism course for elected rank-and-file representatives: SITIMM philosophy, statutes, role of the trade-union advisor, collective bargaining agreement, and authentic collective bargaining. This session was attended by members from YAMATO and ELASTOMIX.
This course is designed to help participants gain in-depth knowledge of the SITIMM philosophy and how our programs operate, along with a general understanding of the union's statutes, institutions, procedures and the role of the trade-union advisor, their collective bargaining agreement, authentic collective bargaining processes, and active participation in courses and assemblies. This session was attended by members from YAMATO and ELASTOMIX.
