The SECTIONAL UNION COMMITTEE MEMBER AND/OR SECTIONAL UNION DELEGATE is the representative of our Union in the workplace and before Social Institutions. Their function is admirable, exemplary and very important: they defend, promote and represent their unionized colleagues before Company Representatives and before Social Institutions.
Their work is arduous and requires ethics, professionalism and broad knowledge of the Collective Bargaining Agreement and the Internal Work Regulations, which contain rights, obligations, prohibitions and sanctions. The function of the SECTIONAL UNION REPRESENTATIVE is an important and indispensable task.
Availability and mutual collaboration are essential elements for a harmonious relationship between the Union, Members, Company Representatives and Representatives of Social Institutions.
