The **MEMBER OF THE SECTION UNION COMMITTEE AND/OR SECTION UNION DELEGATE** is the representative of our Union at the workplace and before the Social Institutions. Their role is admirable, exemplary and very important: they defend, promote and represent their unionized colleagues before the Company's Representatives and before the Social Institutions.
Their work is demanding and requires ethics, professionalism and a broad knowledge of the **Collective Bargaining Agreement** and the **Internal Work Regulations**, which set out rights, obligations, prohibitions and sanctions. The role of the **SECTION UNION REPRESENTATIVE** is an important and indispensable task.
Mutual availability and cooperation are essential elements for a harmonious relationship between the Union, its Members, the Company's Representatives and the Representatives of the Social Institutions.
