By Eduardo González VlThe Member of the Section Union Committee and/or Section Union Delegate is SITIMM's representative at the workplace and before the Social Institutions: defending, promoting and representing affiliated workers with ethics, professionalism and a thorough command of the Collective Bargaining Agreement and the Internal Work Regulations.
The MEMBER OF THE SECTION UNION COMMITTEE AND/OR SECTION UNION DELEGATE is the representative of our Union at the workplace and before the Social Institutions. Their role is admirable, exemplary and very important: they defend, promote and represent their unionized colleagues before the Company's Representatives and before the Social Institutions.
Their work is demanding and requires ethics, professionalism and a broad knowledge of the Collective Bargaining Agreement and the Internal Work Regulations, which set out rights, obligations, prohibitions and sanctions. The role of the SECTION UNION REPRESENTATIVE is an important and indispensable task.
Mutual availability and cooperation are essential elements for a harmonious relationship between the Union, its Members, the Company's Representatives and the Representatives of the Social Institutions.
