The SITIMM is an inclusive, plural, progressive, democratic and non-partisan organization, which fully complies with its statutory provisions and promotes the continuous improvement of members and their families through the application of its programs: Economic, Educational, Social, Cultural, Sports and Communication; also promoting the development and leadership of young people and women in society and in alliance with public and private institutions with similar objectives. LIC. ALEJANDRO RANGEL SEGOVIA, in my capacity as General Secretary of the Union mentioned on the letterhead, I am writing to you in the most attentive manner to invite you to participate in our “ORDINARY UNION COUNCIL”, which will take place on Friday, February 13, 2026, in the city of Irapuato, Guanajuato, in accordance with article 25, paragraph a) of our statutory regulations.
