What do the SITIMM Working Women diplomas consist of?

SITIMM has a focus on the inclusion of women in the sector, working on issues of gender equality, training and eradication of workplace violence. The union, with a large number of members, also actively seeks the inclusion and participation of women in decision-making bodies. The union promotes the involvement of women in union leadership spaces. Greater female participation is sought in decision-making and in the defense of labor rights.
