SITIMM organizes cultural, sports, and recreational events to promote coexistence among workers and their families. Through competitions such as the SITIMM and INDET Sports Games, it seeks to foster a culture of healthy living and combat physical and mental health problems. These activities also strengthen community bonds among members.
SUBPROGRAM
With the objective of training and forming its union leaders, the Labor Training Center A.C. generates permanent Union Induction processes for new colleagues so that they know: - Their rights and obligations generated through the Collective Bargaining Agreement. - The Federal Labor Law, the Internal Work Regulations and the Union and its permanent care programs. - Awareness about Work Responsibility, permanence and promotion in the Company. - Generate a Union identity that allows recognizing and knowing the scope of SITIMM. - Know the Union Advisor and recognize the functions, activities, days and hours of Union attention within the Workplace.

- Diplomas in Human Development in the Labor field including: Assertive Communication, Quality Attitude, Teamwork and Emotional Control. - Diploma "Towards the Development and Leadership of Working Women." - Diploma "Towards the Development and Leadership of SITIMM Youth" - Diploma in Labor Law. - ISR Law, tax deductions and ISPT recovery - Orientation on legislation, generation and participation of Workers in Company Profits. - Comprehensive Social Security. (IMSS, AFORES, INFONAVIT among others.) - Economic and Labor Perspectives. - Efficient Collective Bargaining and CBA Quantification. - Joint Commissions on Safety and Hygiene, Training and Instruction. - Oratory and Union Communication.
