The objective of this program is to improve the economic conditions of members through salary increases, bonuses, profit sharing, and productivity bonuses. It also promotes agreements with businesses and institutions to offer discounts and additional benefits. SITIMM organizes the delivery of specific support, such as food packages, school supplies, and holiday gifts, ensuring that union dues are used efficiently through collective bargaining.

The 'SITIMM Sports Games' is the most important sporting event in central Mexico, with the participation of more than 4,000 athletes, fellow workers from over 100 companies in the Bajío area, in different sports disciplines. These major games were born in 1994, with the vision of creating a space for healthy recreation among the Worker Base and their families, a vision that not only prevails to this day, but has been strengthened with the participation of more workers and industry executives, and the opening of a significant number of sports disciplines such as Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, Baseball and Athletics. In addition, the event extends to various venues, such as Irapuato, Celaya, Silao and San José Iturbide. At SITIMM we believe in the power of sports and physical activity as a means to strengthen the bonds of fraternity among the Worker Base and we recognize their importance in improving their quality of life.
