This is achieved through specific training for review commissions on topics such as: Economic perspectives and company analysis, negotiation strategies and CBA quantification, as well as Workers' Profit Sharing (PTU) and Labor Product Tax, providing high capabilities to negotiating teams regarding the prevailing economic conditions in the company, the Country and the World.
