This program seeks to continuously train workers through the Labor Training Center (CEFORMA) and agreements with educational institutions. It promotes the formation of union leaders and offers diplomas and workshops focused on negotiation skills, human development, and international unionism. Additionally, it encourages the use of digital platforms for distance education and prepares workers for the challenges of the global market.

SUBPROGRAM
SITIMM responsibly fulfills its commitment year after year to review with company representatives the economic, labor and social conditions contained in the Collective Bargaining Agreements of all companies with affiliated workers, achieving wage improvements and benefits such as year-end bonus, savings fund, food vouchers, insurance and various bonuses that benefit and improve the socioeconomic conditions of workers and their families. This is achieved thanks to good relationships, permanent communication, tax impact calculations, socioeconomic studies, work environment, social condition of the community or neighborhood where workers live, government agreement support, training among others.

SUBPROGRAM
Through this program, a series of social activities are carried out for the benefit of workers, such as: Periodic working meetings with representatives of the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) and the National Workers' Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT), of a resolutive nature. a) Meetings with IMSS representatives are attended by delegates and advisors from SITIMM to attend to and channel procedures and various special needs for medical attention, in addition to holding conferences on topics of interest to workers, such as work stress, comprehensive women's health, lumbar injuries, among others. b) The objective of meetings with INFONAVIT is to clarify procedures such as: Sub-account Refund, Procedures to acquire housing, Credit restructuring and other housing programs for the benefit of the Worker Base and their families. In addition, SITIMM permanently applies the INFONAVIT in your company program, with the purpose of bringing benefits closer to our members through service modules. c) Signing of agreements for the social care of the community from which workers come for the social strengthening of the Industrial environment with Civil Associations such as: Fundación Comunitaria del Bajío and Fundación Organizados para Servir.

SUBPROGRAM
With the objective of providing a safe recreational and social coexistence space for fellow workers and their families, SITIMM carries out various activities such as: I. Attention and support to crime victims: a. Establish a telephone number and email for immediate support and assistance to fellow victims. 01 800 A SITIMM. b. Generate a protocol for accompaniment and comprehensive victim care. Management will be generated with government authorities (support for complaints, victim assistance agencies, etc.) c. Work with municipal and state authorities on an Application (App) "# 911" to provide support to victims. d. Create advertising campaigns on social networks, media and various SITIMM printed media to permanently achieve crime prevention and victim care. e. Implement permanent awareness and training campaigns on crime prevention. II. Care of SITIMM infrastructure: a. Reinforce electronic mechanisms, visitor access validation, alarms, sirens, video surveillance and link buttons in all SITIMM-CEFORMA facilities. b. Request from the authority the linking of 2 panic buttons for immediate response. c. Hold periodic meetings with SITIMM-CEFORMA offices to find out if there was any attempt, incident or risk situation. Likewise, have meetings as a work team to be able to share strategies, prevention measures or, if applicable, share experiences generated during the week. d. Establish a Permanent Prevention program (conferences, courses, procedures). e. Have a mobile unit with 2 Prevention, Care and Proximity personnel to patrol, watch over and make presence and rounds at SITIMM-CEFORMA facilities; they will be in charge of validating preventive, corrective actions and minimizing the risks of incidents in our facilities. f. Inform SITIMM central offices immediately of any attitude, situation or incident, no matter how minor it may seem. Prevention and timely attention are tools that inhibit antisocial behavior. III. Detection of worker gathering points at personnel transportation stops: a. Work in coordination with personnel transportation companies so they share their technology for the benefit of workers. b. Permanent meetings with municipal authorities to evaluate incidents, progress and specific requirements. c. Establish with the authority the boarding points to achieve greater and better presence (rounds, panic buttons, WhatsApp groups, police proximity strategies, focus on bus stops from public security cameras, optimal lighting and citizen participation). d. Maintain presence of the SITIMM mobile unit at various random points to inhibit, attend and assist in care.
